INCLUSIVE DESIGN - ACCESSIBILITY - GREEN UX - ATOMIC DESIGN

I believe that we, as designers, have a role to play in this constantly evolving world. I always aspire to create interfaces that are inclusive, and respect global accessibility guidelines. Even though we like to consider that digital interfaces replace paper and help reducing waste but it is important to remember that a digital ecosystem, the enormous amount of data and energy required to operate, plays a major role in climate change. Understanding those challenges pushes me to bring new ideas to the table in order to improve the carbon footprint of a product.

In the last eight years, I have been responsible for the user interface design on a wide range of projects, from mobile to desktop applications. I like to create prototypes, to help my client understand how the product will look and work. Design systems are now essential in a constantly evolving world  where clients want to have their own ecosystem. They are  at the center of innovation as tools that accelerate not only the design but also integration.

I like to collaborate closely with the engineers to find, build and maintain high quality products. This collaboration goes from writing technical specifications to understanding what doesn’t work and what can be improved. The aim is to always try to make the application optimised, lighter and easier to understand.

I have applied my professional expertise in UI and Art Direction to a wide variety of clients such as the FIA, État de Vaud, Givaudan, TCS, SIG, IKEA, Henkel, Wacom, Vacheron Constantin, Caran d’Ache, Hublot, Richemont, Visilab, Nespresso, Zenith.
